Welcome to The ABCs of AI Literacy Summit (hosted at abcsofai.drfaye.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, registration pages, educational sessions, and related materials provided by A1 Business Experts LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Summit is hosted by A1 Business Experts LLC.

By registering for or participating in The ABCs of AI Literacy Summit (the "Summit"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for or attend the Summit.

1. Introduction & Host Information

The ABCs of AI Literacy Summit is hosted by A1 Business Experts LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and is made available at abcsofai.drfaye.com. These Terms apply to your registration for, access to, and participation in the Summit, including any related emails, pages, resources, and materials.

2. Nature of Event (Educational and Strategic Development Purposes Only; No Guarantees)

  • Educational Purpose Only: The Summit is an educational and strategic development event. All content, presentations, strategies, AI prompts, and materials shared during the Summit are for informational and educational purposes only.
  • No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including (without limitation) business growth, revenue, audience growth, operational improvements, funding outcomes, or AI-related performance or results. Your results depend on many factors outside of our control.
  • No Professional Advice: Nothing presented during the Summit constitutes financial, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results, including how you choose to apply any ideas, strategies, tools, or prompts shared.

3. Registration & Access

  • Free Event: Registration for the Summit may be offered at no cost, unless otherwise stated on an applicable registration page.
  • Accurate Information: When registering for the Summit at abcsofai.drfaye.com, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Right to Refuse, Revoke, or Modify Access: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to refuse registration, suspend or revoke access, remove any participant, and/or modify or discontinue any portion of the Summit (including schedules, speakers, delivery format, session availability, and content) at any time.
  • Communications: By registering, you consent to receive transactional communications regarding the Summit, as well as future updates regarding A1 Business Experts programs, events, and related offerings. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content provided as part of the Summit—including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, slide decks, workbooks, AI prompts, templates, scripts, graphics, text, workshop materials, and presentations—is proprietary to and owned exclusively by A1 Business Experts LLC and/or its licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Limited License: Registered attendees are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Summit materials solely for personal and internal business educational purposes.
  • Prohibitions: You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, publish, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Summit materials (including AI prompts) without our express prior written consent.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful Participation: We are committed to providing a productive, empowering, and respectful environment for all attendees. Harassment, disruptive behavior, hate speech, or inappropriate conduct during Summit sessions or in associated community spaces will result in immediate removal from the event without refund (if applicable) and restriction from future events.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • "As-Is" and "As-Available": The Summit, all Summit materials, and any information regarding AI tools, platforms, software, integrations, prompts, templates, workflows, or strategies are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Summit will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • AI Tools and Third-Party Services: We do not control and are not responsible for third-party AI tools or services referenced or demonstrated during the Summit. Any use of third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms, policies, pricing, and practices.
  • No Financial/Legal Advice: Nothing in the Summit is financial, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and no attorney-client or other professional relationship is created. You should consult qualified professionals regarding your specific situation before making decisions.
  • Exclusion of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A1 Business Experts LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (whether incurred directly or indirectly), loss of data, loss of use, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your participation in the Summit or reliance on Summit content.
  • Total Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the aggregate liability of A1 Business Experts LLC exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to access the Summit.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless A1 Business Experts LLC, its founders, officers, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of Summit materials or AI tools discussed during the event.

8. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution; Contact Info

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution & Venue: Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Summit shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
